So Jo Rowling says that her new pregnancy won't interfere with the publication of the 6th book. I'll respect her self-knowledge enough to believe her. However, it has occurred to papgheez and myself that Harry's growing angst may become an outlet for the moodiness and discomfort of pregnancy.
And so, without further ado, I present Lolua's Projected Tidbits from Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince... or Princess:
Harry paced his room, kicking at his trunk and glaring at Hedwig. "Why did Neil have to get me kn-- I mean, why did Sirius have to go and get himself killed?"
Letters from Ron and Hermione were, as usual, little comfort to him. "We understand, Harry, we all go through mood swings.... it's a hormonal imbalance, and it's not your fault!"
Harry's worst problem in that long, hot summer was not his grief for Sirius. His greatest trial was his craving for pickles and ice cream, and the fact that the Dursleys refused to run out and buy some for him.
Got any more of your own ideas on how her pregnancy will affect the storyline or themes of the book? Post them here.

A second Fark newslink on this story (this time to an Australian news site, www.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,4057,10241737^13780,00.html) had this headline: Obvious: J.K. Rowling Pregnant again. Harry Potter fans resign themselves to reading the last two books in their nursing homes. And, in the discussion of the link, someone suggested the pregnancy would intrude into the HBP storyline by way of Hermione having a "wizard abortion" without informing Ron.
