I was encouraged by the ever-influential "Amogi" to introduce myself. She and my ... roommate are online buddies and we've had our moments of brief conversation and a few matches of HineyPinch 'Round the Heineken ... Okay, so maybe that was an exaggeration, but I have visited more than once, and I'm sure she hesitated at least once before batting my hands away. If you couldn't guess, my name is Favian, named after a distant relative of my mother's. My father was less than impressed with it originally, but has apparently grown to love it as he shouts it quite a bit. I was a prefect for Ravenclaw in my years at Hogwarts and found the extra priveleges quite ... accomodating. I've been an auror for the Ministry since I got out of the academy three years ago. I'm the second child of seven (five brothers and one sister have I) and quite enjoy being the good-looking one. ;D The Amogi seems to believe that I'm a heart-breaker, but there are many a girl that would disagree, I'm sure. Just ask my ... roommate. She knows of my un-heart-breaking ways better than anybody. I've been a good roommate for many many months now. If you feel I've not introduced myself enough, I'll offer any help I can if you ask. I'll answer most questions honestly. Most of them. -F.N. Longbottom

... and a few matches of HineyPinch 'Round the Heineken ... Okay, so maybe that was an exaggeration ... I believe 'exaggeration' is a less than accurate term for what that was. "Lie", I'm sure, would encompass it more aptly. My father was less than impressed with it originally, but has apparently grown to love it as he shouts it quite a bit. Love it, hmm. Yes ... "Lie" would cover that one as well. I was a prefect for Ravenclaw in my years at Hogwarts and found the extra priveleges quite ... accomodating. Accomodating, my left foot, you horndog. I've been an auror for the Ministry since I got out of the academy three years ago. Yes, but you haven't reported to work in nearly four months. *chalks up another on the "Lie" tally* I'm the second child of seven (five brothers and one sister have I) and quite enjoy being the good-looking one. ;D Hezekiah 12:6 reads, "Tooting one's own horn calleth no man to thine aid, and requireth the backbone of the worm." The Amogi seems to believe that I'm a heart-breaker, but there are many a girl that would disagree, I'm sure. Just ask my ... roommate. She knows of my un-heart-breaking ways better than anybody. I've been a good roommate for many many many months now. Excessive italics and repeated adjectives indicate yet another 'exaggeration'. *coughLIEcough* If you feel I've not introduced myself enough, I'll offer any help I can if you ask. I'll answer most questions honestly. Most of them. Why do I doubt this? Hmm ... Aha. I knew there was a definite truth in there somewhere.

I've been a good roommate for many many months now. That depends in which sense of the word you mean "room mate". Is this a British slang "mate" or an animal kingdom "mate"? I've also added a drawing (by Roxy, your "roommate") of your Longbottomish visage to the list of avatars available for your profile: Just in case you wanted to use it.

You were. I remember. Fondly. ;D
*reminisces*
And, 'mate' is meant in neither sense. 'Roommate' is a polite, conversational term for what Favian is to me.
He's like ... the Second Coming of the British Invasion.
A very annoying, blond, squidgy, shouldn't-ever-sing version of the British Invasion ....
