Benjamin Sisko = Harry Potter... actually that doesn't bode well for Harry.... given what happened to Sisko....

The Kost Amojan (Pah Wraiths) = Dementors with more speaking lines.

Gul Dukat = Out of all of the series, I guess I'd have to choose Voldemort for him, because none of the other series' had a fixed bad guy... :-P

Odo = McGonnagal LOL... the strictness and the morphing ability...LOL
