Howdy all, as was stated above I am a former co-worker of Marcus while he was in Korea. I am now a world history teacher in Fort Worth, Texas. My storyline in tech infantry is Weathers, wonder-captain of the good ship Dickerson. This is my first time to be a full time contributor and I have to say it is very interesting. Every week I think I have finalized where my character is going only to find out this galaxy doesnt work that way so I am just shooting from the hip!

Ohh my I am going to laugh for days. This board edited my ships name to "thingy-son." This is too funny. I got the name from the ship on which my grandfather served in WWII...it also fought the asian peril!

Ah, the joys of unintelligent censor-programs. ;D Hiya Kivett, looks like I'm the only other ship's captain in the game (though all I got was this lousy freighter), always good to hear from others in the great repub--state of Texas.

Those responsible for such a less-than-intelligent censorship program have been sacked. Well, no. They haven't. But they have been augmented by a staff of intelligent llamas. Actually, I just went in and deleted the censored words on the list that looked the most problematic and unnecessary. Sorry, shouldn't be a problem now. Welcome to the forum!

Although the further adventures of the "Thingy-son" have a certain appeal... BTW, Lolua, since my Latin is limited to church usage, can you please translate your line for me? Thanks...

BTW, Lolua, since my Latin is limited to church usage, can you please translate your line for me? Thanks... Anates Insoleae et Caeruleae = Ducks [Both] Odd and Blue = Odd Blue Ducks (with Latin word order) Sorry to disappoint you if you were expecting something highly profound. It's the Latin motto I made for the Order of Cerulean Fowl.
